He left in 2003 as a Commercial Director of the group and became a Crest director in 2006. Babu Bahirathan - Director Babu is Vice President, Downstream Energy for Todd Corporation Limited. He has a professional background as an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years experience in the industry. Babu joined the Crest Board in mid 2009 and is also a director of King Country Energy Ltd. Tim Cosgrove - Director Tim is the Generation Development Manager for Todd Energy. He joined the Crest Board in mid 2009 and holds qualifications in mechanical engineering, finance and marine engineering. Nick Eady - Director Nick was a director of a European composite materials manufacturer, SP Systems, for nine years until 1999. Nick jointly founded Crest Energy in 2005.
